Terms of service

These terms govern your use of Skull N' Rose and any purchase you make here. By placing an order you accept them.

Who you are buying from

Skull N' Rose is operated by Skull N' Rose Inc.. You can reach us at hello@skullnrose.com. Orders placed here are produced and shipped from within the United States by our fulfillment partner. US customers receive a domestic delivery with no customs charges or import duties. Canadian orders cross the border and the customer is the importer, so any GST or HST, duty, or carrier handling fee charged on delivery is the customer’s responsibility.

Orders and pricing

All prices are in US dollars. The price shown is the price you pay. Shipping is free and no tax is added at checkout. Placing an order is an offer to buy; we may decline or cancel an order (for example if an item cannot be produced or a price was listed in error) and will refund you in full if we do.

Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never receive or store your full card details. You warrant that you are authorised to use the payment method you provide.

Fulfillment

Items are produced and shipped on our behalf by Printful. See our shipping and returns pages for delivery times and our refund policy, both of which form part of these terms.

Intellectual property

All artwork, designs, logos and site content are owned by Skull N' Rose and may not be reproduced, resold or used to make derivative products without written permission.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force when you place an order is the one that applies to it.
