Where we ship

We ship to the United States and Canada. Shipping is free on every order, to either country, and is already included in the listed price.

Every order is printed and posted from within the United States. If you are in the US, that means it arrives as a domestic parcel with no customs delays, import duties or brokerage fees.

If you are in Canada, your parcel crosses the border and you are the importer. The carrier will usually collect GST or HST, and sometimes a handling fee, before it is delivered. We cannot collect those for you in advance, so please budget for them.

Duty is separate from that tax and depends on the size of the order. A single shirt sits under Canada’s courier threshold of about CAD 150 and normally comes in duty free. An order above that threshold can attract duty as well, because the garment itself is not necessarily made in North America.

How long it takes

Every piece is made individually for you, so nothing sits in a warehouse waiting. That takes 2 to 5 business days, and the parcel then travels.

Counting production and transit together, and starting the day after you order, a US order reaches your door in about 4 to 6 business days and a Canadian order in about 8 to 10 business days. The border is most of that difference, and time held in customs is outside anyone’s control.

As soon as your parcel is on its way we email you a tracking link. If you have not seen tracking within seven business days, write to us at hello@skullnrose.com.

Wrong address

We can only change an address before production starts. Contact us immediately if you made a mistake. Once an order enters production the address is locked, and parcels returned to sender because of an incorrect address may incur a reshipment cost.
