Privacy policy

This explains what we collect when you buy from Skull N' Rose, why, and who else sees it. We do not sell your data.

What we collect

To fulfil an order we collect your name, shipping address, email address and phone number. Your card details go directly to Stripe and never reach our servers. We do not run advertising trackers, and we do not require an account.

Your cart is stored in your own browser’s local storage so it survives a refresh. It never leaves your device until you begin checkout.

How we count visits

We count visits so we know whether anyone is finding the shop. This uses Umami, which sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device. It records the page, the country, and which site you arrived from, and it notes when a shirt is added to a cart or a checkout is opened. Your IP address is used only to work out the country, is never written down, and is discarded the same day.

None of it identifies you, none of it is linked to your order, and none of it can follow you to any other website.

Who we share it with

Stripe processes your payment. Printful receives your name and shipping address in order to print and post your order. Resend delivers your order confirmation and shipping emails. Umami counts visits, and receives no personal data and nothing about your order. Each acts as a processor for us and under its own privacy policy.

How long we keep it

We hold no customer database of our own. Order records live in Stripe and Printful for as long as tax and accounting rules require, typically seven years. Visit counts are held in aggregate for six months and are not customer records.

Your rights

You may ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by writing to hello@skullnrose.com. Note that we may need to retain order records to meet legal obligations. If you are a California resident you have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know and the right to delete; we honour these on the same contact address.
